I feed my free ranging brown shaver chooks these lovely fat juicy mealworms (up to 10 each a day) alongside their normal feed and foraging food.  It delivers delicious eggs and healthy chickens with lovely feathers (these are rescue chooks that have now got beautiful plumage).
